FOUNDATIONS
In development. FOUNDATIONS is a time-spanning musical about a New York City theatre—The Liberty—and the people who pass through it in a century-spanning epic. From vaudeville to Broadway, porn house to demolition site, the theatre itself is a sentient narrator, bearing witness as performers, dreamers, activists, and outcasts use its stage to survive, reinvent themselves, and leave a mark—even as the city repeatedly declares them obsolete.

Dirt Roads
In development. Dirt Roads, with book and lyrics by Parker Atkin, is an exploration of memory, trauma, and trans experience. Following trans playwright Jade as she sets out to write an autobiographical play that will capture the trans experience, the musical asks the audience to consider how we twist the story of our own lives to make it more satisfying, and who benefits from so much art being made out of real human trauma.

ANABASIS (2026)
Anabasis is a 15-minute opera for three voices dramatizing the emotions - of terror, of elation, and of entry into the unrelenting machinery of ever-accelerating capitalist expansion - concurrent with the first time a subway ran under the East River through the Joralemon Street Tunnel in 1908, connecting Manhattan to Brooklyn. It is not strictly narrative. In 1908, the ride was exactly 15 minutes long. The piece was performed at the African Grove Theatre and at the Transit Museum in a vintage BMT D-Type Triplex car.

The Woman in the Wallpaper (2025)
A radically reimagined 20-minute musical adaptation of "The Yellow Wallpaper" by Charlotte Perkins Gillman, The Woman in the Wallpaper reconsiders the original short story from a contemporary, queer angle. This supernatural dark comedy combines questions about gender, compulsory heterosexuality, and mental health with musical comedy, clown, and a delightfully off-kilter score.

Escaping Eden (2022)
Escaping Eden is a new musical reimagining the biblical story of Adam and Eve. It examines the story from Eve's perspective, using it as a lens to explore gender roles and unquestioned faith. The musical's folk-inspired score allows us to see the ancient story through a new lens.
